Structure onboarding:-program like I-CAP make joining smooth and informative. Learning opportunities :- continues training certification and unskilling support. Work life balance:-Flexible policies and supportive environment. Strong focus diversity & inclusion

Cons

Workload variability:- can be high during project peak. Compensation:- Salary growth may feel slower compared to some competitors. Process Heavy:- sometimes too many layer of approvals. Bench Time:- occasional delays in project allocation for new joiner. Limited Onsite:- Depending on role and business.

The Onboarding team were very much supportive. HR formalities and system configuration got done on same day also we were called at lunch time, so we have given some snacks. Most of the things got done on the same day.

Cons

The only problem was it was kept on the weekend. If it would be on weekday, it would be great.
