Car lease policy is beneficial if you plan to stay for at least 2 years in the company

Toxic work culture India employees are treated as labourers No hikes in 3 years straight Bonus payout is less than even 25% No promotions in 3 years Less hierarchy, so chance of getting promoted comes after 6-7 years of service Outdated technology and too much work pressure while working on maintenance apps mostly False promises during joining about tech stack and work culture HR org is the worst among industry. There is so much strictness. You have to be there in office on all working days. And you are expected to work after getting back home. In case you are sick and want to work from home your salary will be deducted.
