Products- there is a lot of pride in what we do Lots of opportunities if you are open to relocate 401k best in the industry

Cons

Performance reviews aren't really about what you did but who likes you. Limited career growth opportunities Conservative culture- office are run down- must be in the office with limited amenities Most importantly C suite senior management is replaced every 2-4 years providing change in not only direction but business and strategy's changes.
