Pros

Company discount and decent location

Cons

No communication from managers or upper management. More concerned about tax breaks and keeping “good press” than their staff

Pros

great benefits, Holidays, Sample Sale

Cons

The biggest store. It used to be a great place to work. I used to have good managers who care about team members and feel be treated fairly. Team members were happy at work before. However, many caring managers are left the company. Hard working employee hasn't be treated fairly if they don't have "connection" with senior management. Promotion opportunities are more likely for manager's friends. ( work performance doesn't matter much to promotion ) Hard-working employee are focus on their target during the day, no time to flatter floor managers. As a result, some colleagues become focus on building relationship with managers instead focusing on their main role. That means, If you are good at talking, flattering, doing some manager's duties that you might have opportunity to be promoted although KPI is not good. Great work performance is not rewarding much that makes people feel frustrated. Some line managers acted differently in front of senior management. Many of them only care what is beneficial to their career. They actually don't care about your issues but they have to pretend they care about it.

Pros

Change the whole management structure!

Cons

Very disrespectful and unprofessional. Management is there only to upset you and drain mentally. Pressure on capturing client data/appointments/KPI’s is unbelievable and if you struggle with that they will get rid of you very quick without any help. They don’t care about you at all they just pretend to be friendly but the reality is different. The flagship store is even worst majority of managers are there because of the connection with senior managers. If you have any problems forget about any support/help/advice they communicate between them and never help so it’s like a never ending story. Staff scared and bullied on a daily basis for not achieving targets. Pressured mentally to the point where people are getting depressed. Told to take work devices home and be available if needed! only good is a staff discount and holiday entailment you can also get extra holidays through the year.
