Pros

Half day Fridays in the summer, sample sales, free lunches

Cons

Since the onboarding of the new creative director, literally every team in the company has been effected in a negative way. There is absolutely no collaboration between teams and you are no longer able to do you job to the best of your ability as nothing gets approved. There is no career progression, people will be assistants for many years before even just going to a coordinator and there is minimal support for managers to see you grow. Even on a team level there is minimal communications between managers and more junior staff, information is kept from you and leads you to have no opportunity to learn and grow in your role. Upon leaving i didn't even get an exit interview, never had any HR checkins throughout my 5 years of working for the company.

Pros

- Work-life balance was good, seasonal days off on top of annual leave and sick leave - The teams regionally (and even across the country) somehow feel close-knit because you can chat via Teams - Good Heritage training - Wide product profiles won't bore you - Okay commission if you meet the target

Cons

- They changed their Creative director and CEO; so the brand is not doing well because the creative change is too rapid. Instead, they blamed Client Advisors and kept having unrealistic targets - Need to train CA with the new approach to the new direction. Training material is old-fashioned because the brand is nothing like 2 years ago anymore - Lack of management support when there is conflict
