Luxury Company with less than Luxury Pay.

Pros

Aside from a few co-workers, there really were not any pros of working at Burberry. ZERO balance from work to life, and terrible hours. Unless you are in the retail mindset, and like working 10-7pm shifts and random days off, do not work for Burberry.

Cons

Manager and department managers constantly nagging and thinking their departments need service right away. The majority of the staff just gossips about each other, and morale was nonexistent. There was constant slandering of upper management, with upper management just faking smiles all the time. Unless you're willing to move around the country for bad pay, there is not a lot of room for growth.

Cons

Lack of potential of company promotions, for example roles such as part time service champions etc..
