Pros

Great discount. Great team to work with.

Cons

They put to many sales associates on floor. Too many trainings, and product test to take. They want to be high end, but ran like middle in. If you have a associate that sells a lot. They will not handle a situation.

Pros

The pay was fantastic and the perks were great too. Gift cards to purchase merchandise twice a year

Cons

They were not structurally ready for my role when I was hired so I suffered. They restructured my position within a few months of being hired and it was not the same position I was originally hired to do. My strengths were not being utilized so I felt underutilized. I also felt that my relationships were being compromised due to disorganization between regional and corporate management.
