Pros

Amazing office, great perks ie. free lunch, half Fridays from June-Sept, inspirational brand

Cons

As others have said very weak, unprofessional, unsympathetic HR. Appalling conditions, policies and consideration for working mums despite 80% female staff. Turn down flexible/part time working consistently without any consideration. Several tribunals looming.

Pros

Awesome environment. Beautiful products. Great brand history. A great employee discount

Cons

The pay is low. Regardless of how much you exceed your sales goal/ how many hours you work, you won't be bringing in any more than an average of 3k per month before taxes. I guess you can't really expect much more out of a retail job.
