      Pros

      Competitive salary and enjoyable working environment. Great company culture- easy to drink the kook-aid but also believe in it.

      Cons

      In my opinion, not the place to go if you are looking to wear multiple hats or hope to switch functions within the group.

      Good working environment. Good seasonal benefit programmes. Share option plans for all staff. Forward thinking CEO. Communication from CEO is regular and talks about current business plans/opportunities.

      Cons

      Too many VP level staff who aren't perceived as adding much value.
