      Pros

      Amazing vacation and PTO a month and some change off when all said and done

      Cons

      Promises of growth in the company never happen employee handbook frequently changing and no updated version available to the employees. When calling HR they just call your GM and its a big circle where nothing gets resolved. None of management listens to thoughts ideas, they're always right and that's final. Write ups are handed out frequently to people they do not like the ones they do never see a write up.

      Pros

      Employees are loyal to promoting and developing the brand image. Management is friendly and promotes innovation, creative thinking and cohesiveness. Company tries to remain technologically advanced externally. Majority of employees are friendly and cooperative. Company provides employee perks – free lunch, clothing allowance and is deeply involved in charitable events.

      Cons

      Due to open work environment – at times leads to lack of privacy. Internal systems are slow, creates additional errors and technologically overburdened. Due to competitive environment, need for further respect of coworkers differences, abilities and need for further constructive communication. Some employees adhered to bullying (ie: screaming negative personal comments/ opinions across the room). This behavior should not be tolerated and undermines the forward thinking, innovative environment which management tries to promote.

      Pros

      Fun environment, great benefits: health, discounts, etc. I loved the way the company sent out videos for its staff to watch that made employees feel very connected to corporate (the CEO, designers, etc) and locations across the globe. Most retailers fall short of this. It made for a warm, family-like environment and encouraged excitement and ownership of the brand.

      Cons

      It was difficult to move up past a sales associate. I knew competent people who had been trying for years with no success. They were given little feedback as to why they were being passed over. This created a negative cloud over my own experience before I even noticed it was also something I was starting to battle as well.
