Pros

There is opportunity to move into other positions within company. And it has good benefits and discount programs. Use of ipads on sales floor to have e-commerce store as back of house to purchase makes lack of product in stores an added bonus. Nice they incorporate heritage into product offerings

Cons

Pay both hourly & commisson structure is low for sales associates (bonus program a joke) and they dont arm you with the proper tools to make everyone successful on the sales floor such as client books and cell phones in order to compete in luxury market place. They rush into company initiatives to fast and they should allow store level personnel to give feedback to what programs work!
