      Fast moving and exciting company to work for Lots of new initiatives and projects to get involved in Earn good money if in at the right level

      Can be very poilitical organisation The culture, as might be expected at a fashion house, is not always very inclusive

      Pros

      Burberry as a company, not as a brand, is one of a kind. Recognition of hard work is always noticed by store and corporate level. As someone who's been in both worlds for Burberry, all I can say is that working for this company has been a blessing. Benefits are great, people are helpful. The core values can be applied to internal customers (employees), though the values are meant to target the external customers.

      Cons

      A little more awareness from senior levels regarding internal issues. Otherwise, there is not much I can complain about.
