Overall good workplace

Pros

Good benefits. Good Pay with commission (3-4%) Management doesn't hound you to make your sales - more so looks at your overall goal vs actual sales per month. Always get full time hours if your full time no matter how slow it is. Good discount. Overall probably one of the best retail companies to work for. Good compensation for the work you do.

Cons

Strict with taking time off for vacations (forget about travelling anywhere for more than 2 weeks) and you need to book off single days at least one month in advance. However on the plus side switching shifts with coworkers is fairly easy.
