HR are in the building more than customers. No progression for internal staff. lots of promises that never materialise into anything. Store management are corrupt, and run the business like a cartel, consolidating power through bringing in their ex colleagues/ friends, for positions that should be awarded based on merit of achievement, not on who you know.
