Pros

It used to be nice...

Cons

Strong focus based on unrealistic KPI's that are unachievable, through constant lack of stock. Constant micromanagement and inexperienced management in place more focused on getting staff members in trouble that coaching and mentoring them. An emphasis on giving disciplinary for minor things. HR are in the building more than customers. No progression for internal staff. lots of promises that never materialise into anything. Store management are corrupt, and run the business like a cartel, consolidating power through bringing in their ex colleagues/ friends, for positions that should be awarded based on merit of achievement, not on who you know.

Great benefits and vacation time, discounts. Plus great co workers!

Cons

Lots of micromanaging. Favoritism and unrealistic goals. Also some blatant discrimination
