      might be good to gain some local experience with the brand name

      as mentioned in the headline plus the below poor internal systems, poor communications among the departments I cannot imagine how much to work in weekend while management would not appreciate your effort and continues to add the tasks or KPIs

      Good name to have on a CV...at the cost of your sanity

      1. No room for Promotions 2. No Salary increases 3. Hiring laziness - jobs are posted, but interview processes are a complete rarity. 9/10 times people inside teams move around to different titles within the same circle, so dont bother getting your hopes up getting in. 4. Constant circle of misleading information inside the company, it's extremely difficult to get answers from HR and upper management regarding basic employee needs. 5. the diversity levels are garbage, inclusion levels at an all time low, full of upper class rich folks with disgusting values
