Pros

None, everything extra they give you will be used against you and will be taken back in one way or another.

Cons

Literally everything, managers at all levels are not trained for their jobs. There is no backup from HR. Long hours, prolonged standing, no personal life, bad rotas, lots of duties because people at all levels don't do their job, very high pressure regardless of the current market circumstances, favouritism, sexism, lack of communication, lack of respect, lots of blaming, no support from line managers. You are required to pay for your uniforms, which come with a luxury price tag. There is a mafia code of silence system which is constantly reinforced, no possibility to challenge anything, they keep everything vague and use mean tactics to get read of you. The list could go on forever. Avoid at all cost.
