Pros

Extra Holiday ,Sample sale each couple of months . Summer Fridays / leaving early on Friday at Head Office. Free fruits and lunch

Cons

You can’t progress in the career . It’s quite a lot of politics involved . Quite demanding company for a low pay.

Pros

Great brand, opens career opportunities. Great working environment (office, location, daily fruit, free lunch)

Cons

Theory and practice are two very different things in Burberry. Shiny on the outside, rather unimaginative in the inside. Loosing the best talent. Because of historical reasons succession pipeline is clogged with the way too many directors.

Good pay and perks, but a very clique-ish, juvenile management style

Pros

Pay was quite good, discount and employee sale perks, beautiful, quality product, interesting company history/legacy, fun activities for employees from time to time

Cons

Overall, a very unfair/capricious management style. Often openly played favorites, had double-standards, no consistency in how rules are enforced. If you’re well-liked and “in the club” you can basically get away with anything. Promotions based on favoritism, from my view.
