Pros

Respectful and flexible leadership team Decent Pay (Net) for transferred employees from other country No micromanagement Decent Decision Making opportunities for manager Great work/life balance

Cons

Haven't noticed any major cons due to lack of working experience because I was transferred right before conflict between RU and UE and the company was in "Sleep Mode" right after conflict started.

Pros

Biggest UK Fashion Company, decent pay and benefits, almost unlimited budget, some decent people

Cons

Rapidly going downhill with the changes introduced starting from the past year, lack of structure, no communication between design and corporate side, horrible working environment, hours and very toxic people on certain departments, people “disappearing” on a weekly basis.
