      Pros

      I have held many positions over my 25 years in software but I have never felt more a part of something than I do at Boomi. The culture, the people, the technology, it is truly special.

      Cons

      We are growing very fast and when that happens the culture and some of the norms change. I would argue they are required to change to get to the next level. This change, this evolution, comes with a cost in what most refer to as growing pains, and we are seeing that play out in real-time.

      -Boomi is growing at a fast pace! There are so many opportunities for growth within the organization. - You get the chance to work with technology thought leaders across the globe - smart, collaborative, willing to share and ready to help you succeed. -Over 20K top name brand clients and we are doing incredible work that impacts the business is done across the globe. -Company understands work-life balance and actually respects it! -Culture is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging! Lots of internal programs, groups and training that promotes, protects, encourages and respects each employee to be their authentic self.

      Cons

      While we are growing, there are things that are evolving (updating new processes, policies, technologies, adding new locations and continuously working to improve the org as a whole, etc.) and bumps that come along in the process. It's important not focus on the issues themselves, but rather how can we help to fix them. With this growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role you play in it. That mindset is value and rewarded at Boomi!
