The salaries are on par with market standards.

Cons

Management have their own agenda and do not even pretend to care for the employees or more recently the customers. Change management is non-existent and you are either doing 2/3 peoples jobs or wondering if you have a job tomorrow. So many stress related absences.

* If you come from a company with a great culture, you'll find that the culture isn't something to write home about. The leaders in the Bangalore office are great, though. * No stock compensation.
