Cons

Too much box ticking Career progression average below average pay, not awarded for good performance get a bottle of champagne for getting most amount of business in a month - rather than a cut of what you made for the company

- Free snacks/breakfast/fruits/drinks - Decent pay

Cons

- Close-minded senior management, very set in their ways - Taking risks is discouraged even though they may pretend otherwise, thus stifling any attempt at innovation. You can still try to be innovative, but if you fail, you're on your own. - Fighting fires all the time - Medium to high stress work environment - Truly horrific legacy code - Hack/patch attitude towards fixing things in the name of "time to market". Makes sense in some cases, but not every time.
