Opportunities in both the product and development domains. Heavy growth and considered risks to promotions and opportunities for the less-experienced. The good departments manage poor performers aggressively and pay commensurately. Those willing to invest their heart and soul thrive.

Cons

Alpha-males thrive, the socially awkward are suppressed. NY-centric and lack of understanding/awareness of other locations. Upper management rule with an iron grip yet frequently prove to be the blockage. Timetables are often dictated to allow flexibility for the privileged few, at the expense of the many.
