Great culture, takes care of employees well. Good salary, benefits, bonuses. Smart people. Great picnic. Good brand.

Cons

Flat, hard to get promoted, until recently, senior management is mostly inbred. Almost always build in-house vs. best-in-class off-the-shelf for even mundane stuff and results not too great.
