Challenging & interesting problems being tackled, many opportunities within the company, active open source & inner source communities, a supportive environment, a tech company in the finance industry rather than the other way around

Cons

Longer hours than other big tech companies, engineers will typically be on-call for one week per month/6 weeks which can require early morning wake-ups when outages occur (this affects some teams more than others though)
