It was fun to use state-of-the-art tech on the projects. The team was friendly and the retreats were fun.

Pros

You get a lot of autonomy and are involved in the decision making process. You get access to all the learning resources you may require. The culture is great, people are always there to help. Benefits are amazing all around: insurances, retreats, welfare, events

Cons

Not necessary a con, but people do expect greatness for you which will add some pressure to your day to day working experience. There are a lot of internal tools and protocols to learn (but they give you ~1 month at the beginning to get accustomed)
