      - A lot of interesting tasks - Challenging environment - Good compensation package - Friendly vibe in the office

      Cons

      - Challenging environment (sometimes it can be too challenging so it deteriorates your work/life balance) - Not a stable place in a way that you might end up working two different products in the beginning and in the end of a week (I personally think it's amazing, but some people may find it off-putting)

      - Amazing people. - Management is pretty approachable and friendly. - Steep learning curves. - Company events are amazing.

      Cons

      Depending on the person, being surrounded by a lot of smart hardworking people might be intimidating. It is like being in Harvard, for instance, everyone is smart and hard-working, so it is hard to not do the same. However, I perceive it as pretty positive since you can massively grow.
