      Pros

      - Thrilling projects to work on - Dynamic environment, you never sto learning - Amazing team mates, always willing to help and nice to work with - Stunning office, impossible not to love - Incredible welfare

      Cons

      Even if to me is more an advantage than a disadvantage, the work is really intensive and if you don’t manage it properly, you risk to burn out. However, you have freedom to take some resting days without much constraints, so it’s up to the worker to balance hard work and deserved relax.
