Working at Bending Spoons means being surrounded by an incredibly high number of talented people that are passionate about their job. What I like the most is that it never goes a day without learning something new. And that striving for learning and being better is there in everyone, especially upper management!

Cons

You always feel that the stakes of your job are high. This is not a place for someone that wants to keep the chair warm

- Young and motivated coworkers, overall chill mentality, you can always count on them to discuss openly, solve disagreements and get honest feedback - Taking a step back to learn instead of just hard-working is actually encouraged - Very nice office. You can work fully remotely but you will still want to go to the office - Even as a beginner, nobody will look at you as if you're worth less or not capable, people will support you and quickly give you challenging tasks - Relocation package that includes human assistance and financial help for foreigners who want to relocate to Milan

Cons

- You might find yourself working overtime to respect a deadline, sometimes self-imposed. I personally feel a certain pressure to regularly show new results of my work
