      Pros

      Bending Spoons is the place to be. Independently of what you are looking for. You are surrounded by talented people and everyone is eager to reach ambitious goals. What surprised me since the beginning is the degree of independence you have. If you want to make a difference, it's up to you. The company is doing great and you have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects.

      Cons

      I really can't mention a single downside. Sometimes I think that as an entrepreneur, I would risk creating a copycat of Bending Spoons in terms of values

      Pros

      - Because the recruiting process is so thorough, the team you end up working with is so special. Every day you are supported by your colleagues and challenged to do better and better. Not just as an employee but also as a person. - Benefits are great. - The Executive team is always open to suggestions: there are plenty of occasions for us to share feedback, ask questions and challenge the status quo, or even propose culture and policies improvements.

      Cons

      - Some positions have more opportunities for growth than others → for engineers there are definitely more chances to grow and move around the company/become lead, etc. - Everyone is very committed to making the company better and work as much as they can, which sometimes ends up with people working really crazy hours and/or a crazy amount of hours. The good thing is that the company really leaves it up to people to choose what they want to do: so if you wish to work during the weekend, you are free to do so! If you wish to stop working at 3pm and then log back in at night, you can go ahead and do it, as long as you get done what needs to be done.

      Pros

      The best thing at Bending is, definitely, the team, their attitude and the culture around it. Competent people, ready to work tirelessly. And, above all, good people: open, caring and supportive. That's what makes it special.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but definitely an important thing to be aware of: you have to be ready to work hard and be agile.
