      - Really smart and nice people - A lot of travelling and great benefits - Pretty high salary and fully remote work options

      - Really high standards for perfomances - Could easily be laid off at any moment and it actually happens to people often - Can be stressfull -

      Pros

      I’ve been working at Bending Spoons for 6+ years and it’s been an incredible ride! The work is varied and the challenges keep on coming. The people make work not feel like work. Everyone is very focused, hard working but open and up for good fun. We often go rock climbing together. I fully trust and respect the leadership. I know it sounds unreal but also the employee policies, benefits and wages are well above standard in Italy.

      Cons

      I may be biased but it's truly difficult to find real flaws in this company. It is really as good as it sounds. Perhaps, something to keep in mind is that it is a fast paced, demanding place. Don't apply unless you are motivated and ready to give it your all.
