      Pros

      Dynamic, fast-paced environment. You get to do a lot of projects and learn fast, also thanks to the bright colleagues who are often eager to help and support. The company does a lot to cater to the employees' needs, in terms of benefits, office life, events, flexibility. Truly a great place to work when you are put in the best position to express your best self.

      Cons

      The fast pace can be a pro or a con as the workload is quite significant, depends on how you see it ;) From my experience, teams tend to work in silos and you don't have a lot of visibility of what happens outside

      Since day 1 you're given high ownership and responsibility over your projects. You're surrounded by inspiring and exceptional talents. There is a wide set of problems to solve and products to work on. There is no company politics. Special events and company retreats are nice. People care about you as an individual.

      It's a demanding environment that is not for everyone.
