Bending Spoons may be best known for engineering or tech-related jobs, but my current job in the Customer Support field outperforms any previous experience I've had. The degree of responsibility, freedom in taking choices, involvement in projects really make it look like a different job than the one you would normally think of as Customer Support. It makes dealing with difficult customers worth it! Not to mention the countless perks that were already mentioned in other reviews—the ability to work fully remote, the incredible people you get to work with, the benefits offered to employees (among which psychological support for us and our families). I am forever grateful to the colleague who encouraged me to send my CV two years ago!

People are brilliant and collaborate effectively to make a positive impact. There's a lot of autonomy, potential for impact, and open communication, which makes it a great environment. Plus, the corporate benefits are awesome too!
