The people I worked with were generally nice!

Cons

Bending Spoons is clearly trying to replicate a Silicon Valley culture, including a lot of its flaws (which especially isn't great for minorities). The company also seems pretty disorganized at times and there seems to be a sentiment that things are getting worse, I wouldn't really recommend working here
