      Bending Spoons is a fantastic company. You can grow quickly here; also, we keep up-to-date with top-notch tools and resources. The company values its employees' health, striving to make this the best workplace possible. Giving and receiving feedback is seen as a great way to grow and, as such, is part of the company culture.

      Cons

      As our ambition is high, we work in a fast and continuously changing environment to maximize the impact of every single contributor. There's always a lot to do. Consequently, although there's a lot of support and attention in this regard, one might get overwhelmed if one is not used to handling a significant backlog.

      - Super flexible environment: WFH, no working hours, unlimited vacations, parental policy and support. - Well paid (compared to Europe) + countless helpful benefits (mental health support for the whole family, parental policy, retreats, and unlimited learning budget are my favs). - Extremely talented colleagues to learn from. - Pragmatism at an extreme level: no Jira overhead, micromanaging, and other time-wasting. You always work on the most valuable project.

      Pros

      Being Bending Spoons my first employment, I can say that I could have never dreamt of a better place to start my career. You get to work with extremely talented, motivated, and supportive people. Responsibility and ownership are given from almost day one despite the lack of experience and this gives you the opportunity to grow and learn a lot by doing and facing challenges, knowing that you'll always be supported by amazing teammates. The company's values, transparency, attention to the employees' well-being, and teamwork are other key factors that make Bending Spoons stand out.

      Cons

      I wouldn't consider it as a proper con, but the standards are high and you might feel a bit of self-pressure to keep a high level of performance and impact. Also, some periods might be more intense and demanding in terms of workload, but they're usually rewarded by the satisfaction and results you obtain through these challenges.
