Pros

Amazing food, courses, vacations, clubs and easy way to get tools you need without burocracia. Every non salary benefit you can think of is there. Resorts, merch etc...great people and bonding activities.

Cons

* Salary is very low for the level you might have if you got an offer. * Whilst it is presented as flat hierarchy, depending on the department you might find yourself amongst toxic people, who do output well but hold progress back based on pure ego. Really depends where you end up. But most people are the best friends you'll meet :)

- A lot of interesting tasks - Challenging environment - Good compensation package - Friendly vibe in the office

Cons

- Challenging environment (sometimes it can be too challenging so it deteriorates your work/life balance) - Not a stable place in a way that you might end up working two different products in the beginning and in the end of a week (I personally think it's amazing, but some people may find it off-putting)
