Work-life balance is poor and the pressure is constant. Over time, the environment can feel demotivating. Feedback is frequent but often influenced by individual lead preferences, which can create the perception that cultural alignment weighs as much as, or more than, objective results. The type of work can also vary significantly, you might find yourself working on something genuinely interesting and high-impact, or on initiatives that feel repetitive and absolutely NOT motivating. There is also a strong push to center your professional and social life around the company, spending as much time as possible with colleagues and investing most of your energy internally. This makes the overall experience very intense and not sustainable for everyone.

High expectations and pressure can be challenging for those who prefer a slower pace. Not always the best environment if you need a lot of structure or hand-holding. Work-life balance may fluctuate depending on project cycles.
