Even if I've been with company for very long time, and as every company, is not perfect, I still today am always impressed by people that surround me, high management that always is ready to talk about any issue and immediately fix it, the trust I'm given day by day, the impact we make through our product and jobs, and simply how lucky I got to end up here and be part of something this amazing.

Cons

Yes it can be stressful job, and if you don't absolutely love what you do and are highly ambitious person, it's simply not the right place for you.
