      - At Bending Spoons you are pushed to follow your passions and interests: my team lead constantly encourages me to tell her what I like the most about my job, and she suggests I focus on that. In addition, she always pushes me to attend online courses (financed by the company) to learn even more on things I'm passionate about, and that I can use at work. - At Bending Spoons you really feel part of a team: everyone is super supportive, kind, and always available to help. Also, the people operations team constantly works to organise team-building activities. - Bending Spoons offers all sort of benefits for its employees, that include fantastic technologies to work with, an excellent welfare policy, a ton of small gifts that are sent directly to your home, and much more.

      Cons

      There is a lot to do, and you often end up working a lot, but I guess that's what you have to do if you have very ambitious goals!

      I recognize that for some it can be a stressful environment. Nobody puts pressure on you, but the fact that everyone is excellent can push you to give more than you would like.

      Pros

      It's a young, smart and exciting company whose aim it to build high quality apps by hiring the best people and by making them genuinely feel part of the family. It's big enough to be able to give to its employees plenty of benefits, an amazing office and the best colleagues from all over the world. On the other hand it's not Google or Facebook, hence you don't end up feeling like another drop in the ocean: you are an important piece of the puzzle and this is constantly shown to you in your daily job.

      Cons

      If you happen to work here, you won't be able to appreciate working for many other (especially italian) companies in your future
