      Pros

      The attention to the employees is amazing, lots of benefits, high salary, great colleagues and environment. Also, quite rare in Italy, burocracy is basically absent; employees are trusted completely in choosing when, where and how much to work, as long as they manage to take care of their tasks. It means you can do whatever hours you prefer, and don't need to tell anyone or ask any permission to take off hours (obviously, rely on common sense and give notice if your absence is going to impact your team).

      Cons

      Can be very demanding, not for everyone.

      - Very thorough process - Very clear communication from the team the whole way - Personal interaction with hiring managers, makes the process feel very human - Flexible post hire support and timelines

      Pros

      - Higher than average compensation + equity plan + benefits; - This has been my first job out of my university degree, and I had the opportunity to make an impact from day one after finishing my training; - I feel encouraged to challenge the status quo and test new approaches, and learn a lot while doing that; - Amazing work environment: the office itself is beautiful, I really enjoy the bonding activities organized at the office and the yearly company reatreat; - High talent density: here I have met the most talented people I know and I am constantly inspired by them. - High transparency from management

      Cons

      - You will not be given a list of small tasks to blindly follow, but instead are expected to find the best way to reach long-term goals. This can be exciting but challenging, and certainly not for everyone
