Working for a company like BMW is incredibly exciting. This was such a great time. I've learned a lot and met really interesting people. My job was really interesting and I would have loved to stay there. If you can make into the company you'll have amazing opportunities.

Cons

A huge group like BMW is per se quite rigid and people become more a number than a person, if you know what I mean. So as such it is quite anonymous. Also, a lot of people work for BMW, but have contracts with different sub-providers. This makes it hard for young professionals / working students to stay at BMW. After one year, the contract is over and your boss will have to let you go, even if they needed you.

Fun driving cars all day, good team work, great pay, big brand and good reputation. Good shift pattern and short hours

Cons

Got lots of mate who work there and they love it. They have been working there for years now. Driving mini all day is fun.
