Great starting pay. Simple jobs. 12 hour shifts with rotating pay equals many days off and time to go on trips. Great Section Leaders. Loved my coworkers and team.

Cons

Routine can get dreadfully boring. Some days can be frustrating with work related detail.

Decent salary with overtime available.

Cons

Long working hours, Working time account meant that you would work overtime for no pay only banked hours. Constantly changing shift patterns with no regard for the workers.
