      Pros

      Great technical team supporting the client, but with a price.

      Cons

      Poor environment for selling success. More proposal loss, than winning! Pricing is is risk stacked beyond reasonabililty. A desire to operate under Accenture only, and NOT practically competitive as an open market consultancy throughout the US. Project or Program delivery (DIRECT) is weak and risky to the client.

      Smart people Connection to Accenture Great Microsoft platform understanding

      Poor capability to deliver on platform vision locally High overhead with little value add coming from them Business model is dead and they don't see it, don't see the need to talk about market realities Legalistic concept of relationship No desire to invest in partnership with customer No concept of partnership with partners on common terms/force the 'Avanade' way. Pass all risk to customers and don't take responsibility for their own failures
