Avanade is a wholly owned subsidiary of Accenture & Microsoft, and in many cases has to compete with its parents for business at Enterprise accounts; this leads to some dysfunctional behavior between account teams. Many customers have never heard of Avanade, from a brand awareness perspective. And in my opinion there are way too many processes and procedures internally that hinder flexibility / agility when pursuing business.

It's required to work in different teams and to move from one side to another of Rome. Sometimes the working places are horrible and don't meet the minimum living requirements. Avanade does nothing to facilitate this mobility.
