      Can't comment. They didn't keep interview appointment so can't really think of any!

      Cons

      Introduced to organisation for a director role which they weren't calling 'director' for some reason. First contact was a telephone interview where they didn't even bother calling at the arranged time. Weren't even apologetic about that! Poor really, tells you all you need to know about a company and how it vales candidates or not. I withdrew my candidacy at that point, not much point in going further once this happens.

      The company highly promotes various kinds of training for employees; The people Avanade hires are the friendliest people

      Cons

      You often have to work closely with Accenture who shares very different values. at times this becomes an issue when managing expectations

      Pros

      Great access to Microsoft technology, amazing innovation with customer projects.

      Cons

      Large disconnect between marketing and the needs of sales and the service lines. Marketing's focus on campaigns is consuming large investments while showing little return. And let's not even start on the value of a costly Formula 1 sponsorship. Executive leadership has lost touch with the employees. Communications from them is nearly non-existent. Dissatisfaction is running high throughout the company.
