They bring you in from another country, with a contract and a 5k euro fine if you decide to leave the company in the next 2 years, but they can fire you with 30 days' notice and that's it, since they have a b2b contract.

Cons

There are no cons, just the fact you are hired and getting payed (less than what's in the contract, always even if it's 5-8 euros a month)
