bad management, low salary , try to manipulate people by lying to them

First of all, the abusive fee for leaving the company before the first year (3500€ + VAT!). Second, the pathetic remuneration for a consultant and the demand to stain in Lisbon for the client, where the cost of living is very high (especially rent). No benefits or perks apart from salary, no sick leave, contractor job. And the cherry on top of the cake, they wanted to charge me some days on January in which I (according to them) did not work after having paid me! There was a timesheet filled, it was approved, the money was sent, and they want it magically back when I was about to leave.
