      Pros

      Ascension is the best place I’ve worked, period. The culture is intentionally designed, we start calls with reflections that ground us in our Mission, which changes the entire tone of how we collaborate. As a leader, I feel fully empowered and trusted to drive strategy without constant questioning. It is rare to find an environment that is this welcoming while still being driven to excellence. I feel seen, valued, and supported every single day.

      Cons

      As with any large, nationwide health system, navigating the matrix and complexity can take time to learn, but the team support makes it manageable.
