Little room for advancement in established teams A dead end for skills growth due to proprietary tech stack RSUs are a major part of income and you are expected to put in heavy overtime and market your contributions to management just to keep that major part of your income or your bonus - good luck if you work on something mundane rather than flashy Pay has not kept up with cost of living or even other software companies
