      - Start up environment - Great food

      Cons

      - Mismanagement sometimes playing itself out as office politics - The company rather than investing in it's employees would rather defer to finding a replacement because of it's once great name.

      Pros

      Incredibly high morale, excellent training and on-boarding process, and a LOT of room for growth and career progression. Incredibly competitive pay and benefits package.

      Cons

      Can be a little overwhelming at first, but there's a lot of great information to soak in and there's a well planned out ramp up period for SE's to be able to learn it all.

      Pros

      The IT and facilities teams have done a fantastic job making the office up-to-date with the latest technology and perks. The Cisco acquisition has allowed some great benefits, such as 401K and ESPP.

      Cons

      The company is no longer what it once was-- a place that solves really cool problems and fosters an environment to learn and grow. There have been numerous ethically and morally wrong incidents within the company, making it an unsafe work environment (especially for women). If you're looking to join AppD PLEASE do your research and ask smart questions, specifically around the companies vision, longer term goals, career growth, and culture.
