Pros

Great place to work if you like small to no staff besides yourself. Great way to meet new people and forge some great relationships and contacts.

Cons

The Anytime Fitness I worked for and my subsequent ratings for this review stem from very poor senior management/ownership. I'm sure this is not the case at every Anytime Fitness location. This business is after all a franchise and you should do your "complete" homework before jumping ship and working for someone who promises you the world but doesn't deliver.
